Bug/Issue Game Won't Run

I just bought Stardew Valley last night. Unfortunately, the game won't launch. It would not give a crash report, but now it says
"entry point not found. The procedure entry point RpcImpersonateClientContainer could not be located in the dynamic link library RPCRT4.dll"
The game does not launch far enough to make a folder in the %APPDATA% and has nothing to do with the XNA needing to be reinstalled or anything with the DirectX files. This is a very disappointing for an avid Harvest Moon gamer. I was really looking forward to this game and I hope that there will be a solution or patch.
