Bug/Issue Game will crash if my Windows10 system language is Chinese

The Stardew valley will crash in 5-10 mins after I played if my windows 10 system language is Chinese, or my input method is Chinese (Microsoft Pinyin).

After I am changing my system display language to English, and to delete my Chinese input method and Chinese keyboard layout. The game was not crashed at all. So the problem is because Windows10 Chinese language and Microsoft Pinyin (Chinese input methods in Win10).

So can you fix this bug? I need to type Chinese for my job, and I cannot understand English a lot when I use English language system. But I still like this game and want to play it.

 

Oh, I forget to tell you my game vision. It is newest one (Beta) in steam.
