Bug/Issue Game lagging (cause: character-related)

hi,
im having issue with lagging (or bug?) and its not about spec but the character itself.
at first, i thought it must be because of the planet/univ so im doing a fresh run.
after about 5-6 playing session, my character save become unplayable. its like there is 60 frame skipped per sec.

so i ended up testing it. warp the bugged char to planet, still lagging.
made a new character, warp the new character to that planet and bam, smooth like butter.

conclusion:
it must be because of the character.
and yes, every character end up with this lag except for newly created character up to 5-6 playing session (?).
perhaps some mod corrupting the savefile?

spec: decent pc, run 60 fps at fresh start.
mods: 60-70+

can we get the player file? it would be useful in finding exactly what is causing the lag

edit: note here, iirc you need frackin actionbar & bk3k inventory.

 

I'm unable to test due to a very sensitive mod structure, tho I hope that some1 else will be able to help

 

its ok. well i admit im using too much mods and this is what happen.

edit : solved. my char had a bunch of side quest, by removing some of it revert my fps to normal.
