Bug/Issue Game Freezing ( NOT FPS )

greetin's folks!

im having some issues with the game. almost every 20-30 seconds the world ingame freeze. i still can move my character, but thats all. i can't open a chest, the enemies wont move.
basically, im having the same trouble of this guy here:

im not using mods.

my specs:
Intel Core i3 3210 3.20GHz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 TI 1GB
4GB RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate

anybody knows how to fix it?
a long long time ago i played it in beta version and i didnt had this problem. this is the first time im playing since 1.0 version released, so whats wrong?
