Bug/Issue Game freeze on switch cut scene

Hi, on Harvey’s Birthday (year two) I brought him coffee to his apartment. This brought me up to eight hearts with him, so the cut scene initiated when I returned downstairs to the office. However, when my character appears at the door, she’s walking downwards, so the dialogue with Harvey won’t start. There’s no way to get out of the cut scene, so I had to close the game and lose the day. I tried once more and it happened again. Other than only giving him coffee downstairs, is there a workaround? Can this be fixed?
