Game does't start

Hi, I bought the game on steam and have already played it for 68 hours, and now it just doesn't start.
After clicking "Play", a few seconds pass and the game does not start, the startup process in the task manager does not even begin.
I have tried all the "How to Fix Your Game" items several times, and the ways of other players who have encountered this problem.
I even reinstalled Windows!!!
I can't even attach error reports because I don't have an "ErrorLogs" folder.
Please help me.
