Closed Game doesn't start

Hello, I'd like to report a bug in order to fix an existing issue. I try to open the game and nothing happens.

I have a windows 7, running on a i7, 16gb ram machine that can run top games such as The Witcher 3, Star Citizen and Arma 3 smoothly. Yet, I can't run Starbound, which had longer development time AND beta testing than The Witcher 3. It doesn't even start on my amazing pc. It's not only me, its hundeds, maybe thousands of consumers having the same problems posting on every forum.
