Bug/Issue Game does not see mods from steam workshop

I played a year ago with a lot of mods, which I am subscribed to now. Back then, everything worked fine without errors. Now I decided to download the game again, all subscriptions remained and downloaded. But in the game itself there are no mods even in the list. I tried to unsubscribe from mods, and then re-subscribe. Tried to reinstall the game. I tried to copy all the files from the workshop folder to the mods folder. Nothing helped. The game starts up and works calmly, as if there are no mods at all. What is this problem and how can I fix it?

 

im having the same issue as well with the mods showing up in my folder but they are like 12kb sized and when i play the game (if the damn thing even gets past launching) it dosent show the mods
