Bug/Issue Game crashes when entering bus stop area (xbox)

I'm experiencing consistent crashing when ever i enter the bus stop area; either from my farm, from the mine cart shortcut, or from town. I literally can't go into this area or else my game crashes to the dashboard. I am in spring of year 3 and the issue seemed to have started at the beginning of year 3. i can easily avoid it by just leaving my farm through the north and south exits, but its very inconvenient. the biggest issue is not being able to access the desert. has anyone experienced this on consoles? it seems to have been an issue on pc that could be fixed by lowering your resolution, but that obviously isn't an option on console.

Edit: Just reached summer and the issue is still there. I was hoping it was due to some kind of spring event, but no.
