Solved by closing MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner Statistics before game start. :)

When launching the game, a window pops up with what appears to be the loading screen. But a few seconds later however, the window just closes with no additional error information.

Have read some things online, about people having the same problem with many different fixes. I think I have tried pretty much all of them. Even worked my way through this dedicatet thread, pinned in the Steam discussion tab for Stardew Valley:

Unfortually non of these steps worked for me. I have also tried launching the game with SMAPI. It installed sucsesfully. When launching with SMAPI even music comes on and a the loading screen moves for some seconds but a bit later it crashes again. Have also tried launching in windowed but still with so sucsess.

Im am running in Windows 10 Version 1903

Still hoping there is a fix for my problem. I've included some of my latest error logs from the ErrorLog folder.

I hope someone can help me, would really like to start playing this game.

    Thanks for your time,
    Josh

Can you upload your SMAPI log to https://smapi.io/log (see instructions on that page) and share the link here?

Looks like the game window is being resized during loading, do you have anything like Afterburner installed?

Yes I have MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner Statistics installed.

You'll need to disable both of those when playing SDV. They are the culprits for the resizing crashes!

All this trouble, and I simply had to close Afterburner and Riva Tuner. I can't believe it. You are great
