Bug/Issue Game crashes on start up with no bug report

Just trying to launch the game no mods no error pop-ups. I've tried deleting and reinstalling doesn't work. All of the other suggestions in https://community.playstarbound.com/threads/cant-launch-starbound-read-this.118408/ didn't work either so if someone can please help id appreciate it. For more info my computer is running windows 10, AMD Radeon R7 Graphics, and Avast free anti-virus, on a lenovo ideapad 320-15abr.
