Bug/Issue Game crashes on launch. no launch

Just bought the game and love all your other games. However this game will not launch for me. I dont get any errors and the appdata folder does not create a "stardewvalley" folder either. also tried making one and all the other fixes on the "known" issues thread on steam. Luckily I can find errors in my event viewer windows app logs. not really sure how to fix this for windows 10.
