Bug/Issue Game crash when terraforming "The Ruin"

When terraforming the Ruin, the game crashes the moment the planet's biome would have changed. This is easily reproducible.

I believe that being able to try to terraform the ruin is likely a bug in general, and perhaps it shouldn't let you be able to, just saying that it isn't a planet, like as if you were in the asteroid field.
