Bug/Issue Game crash on beam up from outpost

The game crashes when beaming up from the outpost if i have the buy/sell dialog open with the ursa miner merchant or the augment merchant. This happens every time. I've included a screenshot of the error report that comes up when it crashes:



system details:
windows 10 pro N
version 1703
no mods
windowed mode

This is using the 32 bit version of the game
