Bug/Issue Game crash at startup

Hello,
after returning to the game after few months it wont launch anymore. The game crash every single time when I try to launch it.
Ive tried reinstalling the game completely after deliting its steam folder, running it from steam and from its game folder, running it in compatibility mode as admin, running 32bit launcher and 64bit launcher and reinstalling vcredist...
Nothing seems to have any effect. Only difference is that 32bit version throws error message while 64bit version only shows windows "check for solution" error window.
Ive uploded log files for 32bit launch as well as for 64bit.
I am running game from:
Windows 7 Ultimate with SP1 64bit (build 7601)
CPU: AMD FX-8350
GPU: MSI R7 370 2GB
16GB RAM
