Bug/Issue Game can't even start

So I haven't played in ages but when I tried to run it today,
The game opens up and there's the chucklefish logo. But depending on the session, either the little starbound symbol spins around for a bit then the game closes, or the game just closes straight after.
I've got this game on steam so i've tried "verifying game files" and i've also tried to run the game on both 64 bit and 32 bit.
Nothing works.

UPDATE: I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the issue still persists. Upon further investigation:
Normal Starbound (64 bit I assume): Closes right after chucklefish logo
32 Bit Starbound: Closes after little icon thing (on the bottom right corner) spins around a few times

 

I'm in trouble, my game does not start with steam, it opens the black screen and closes, if I open the directory
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Starbound \ win64 does it work anyone know why it does not work with steam? I'm not using mods

There's a problem with the Tabula Rasa mod, see if removing it fixes the issue.

 

I deleted it and it still doesn't work
