We're using a new wrapper now. You'll get lag-outs, but it will be fixed within the literal minute. I have a script that checks every minute if the parent server is down and if it is, to start it again.

 

Didn't knew about that. After getting disconnect I got kind of annoyed =/ But now I know about this new (amazing) feature and I can't wait to play tomorrow ^^ Thanks Snowpup for making so much for server =)

 

Yeah I spent all last night updating to a new wrapper with the help of the owner (StarryPy, great guy). The wrapper will stay online now (so you'll see people disconnect and whatnot) but you won't see any chat or be able to send it. Just give it a minute, two max for the server to come back up and relog. It's a pain but until Chucklefish decides to work on it it's all we've got, and it's supremely better than what we were doing.

 

I cant seem to join..? I get some kind of error when i launch starbound with this pack...

 

Check you starbound's log, it should tell you what's bugging out and such. you can open it in notepad or notepad++ (preferred) to read it.

also some mods might need a quick fix should they be the prob, cus when I got the first server mod pack I have to update the modinfo on about 2 mods.
then again that was the first supply drop...

 

Everything should already be up-to-date for this version, you shouldn't have had to do that at all.

 

does the mod pack take a while to boot its taking a while?

 

well just made enough hover bikes to supply an entire city!
Over 27,000 hover bikes to give out! (900 apex, 900 human, and 900 Hylotl)
Should you find Ochiru Yuki on the server feel free to ask for one. (1 per person, make your choice a wise one)

 

after ferverous testing i may have found one potential crash causer when ppl beam to a planet! however i will not post that here.

thats because you're trying on the wrong port, i think. just take away the :21020 and try without that. or use :21025, which should be the right one. (i think.)

update: i tested that quickly and yes, it works. for me at least, and i can't join the :21020 too, so i guess that port is just not listened to.

 

It appears that zMisc loot box spawning causes the Super Asteroid biome to do some weird things. Or at least, the Super-Asteroid biome seems to be acting funny. Also i can't seem to find any naturally occuring loot boxes in multiplayer. >.<
Does the standing lava at the "bottom" of planets affect the server?

 

personally I've been getting some game breaking lag, at times the server will drop me entirely and leave my character in lag limbo
