There has yet to be 'timed bans' in the server yet, so any bannings and unbannings are all manual.

Just don't be a dick, please. Contuially claiming 'nuh uh' on a core game mechanic that, without modifications (Be it mods or changed values), would otherwise kill you kinda doesn't help you not seem like one.

 

Well i wont do it again. I only do that when someone REALLY constantly insists on something of low importance when i already have a lot more to do and just want to chat whit someone. xD

 

Just curious, but which mod in the pack makes the rocket jump much more powerful?

 

I try to bookmark a flatisector planet but it tells me its already bookmarked when its not, and every planet says that, and when i try protecting it, it says its already protected and every flatisector planet does that.

Are there any plans to use Mad Tulip's custom ship mod on the server? As it would be nice if I could bring my character with the custom ship to the server.

Got round to logging on today, and then suddenly;

Spawn broke.
It got corrupt for the third time in a row.
Server restart broke.
It lags as hell and apprently the server isnt restarting. At all.

 

Hey there! I've been trying to join your server for about 15 minutes now, only issue I seem to have at this point is that it's saying the server has a password in order to join. Where would I find this rumored password?

 

After you register, you use the password and name you registered whit under the IP

 

That's just it. I can't register.

I cant get into the game TO register. I create a character, I enter the IP, and it says "invalid password". As in it's asking me to give a server password, I cant register an account.

 

Eugh, it's this annoying glitch going around.
I got in by putting a space in the username field.
If that doesn't work, try the OpenGL version?

 

Hum. You guys fix that while i lead some space penguins and make some crazy swords. xD

 

Are the ship protections botched when in a party? A person named 'nyanpony' invited me and completely trashed it, but gave up halfway like a scrub, and tried to destroy my home planet that was also protected. I have backups, but I'm not sure how old they are, so yeah.

 

Oh yeah.. ship protection is just ALWAYS derpy, so backup your ship often. xD

 

That's kind of annoying since I don't ever back things up. :v
Edit: Yeah, it looks like the backup was from 2 months ago, before I remade it.

 

I honestly don't know! It bugs the crap out of me and I can't locate it. ;w;

There is a bug with protection on flatisector. Whenever you go to a planet there the proxy cannot find those coordinates since the parent server does not offer them properly given it is part of a mod. So when you go to a flatisector area you bring the permissions of your last visited planet and are truly modifying that planet's permissions. I.E. if you come from a planet that is unclaimed in a normal sector to a flatisector planet and try to protect it protect it you protect the normal planet and not the flatisector planet.

In other words you cannot protect the flatisector planets.

I'm sorry for this, when our coder comes back from vacation we will try to find a fix.

There was a logical bug we located that disallowed players non-registered to join. It has currently been patched, and when our coder returns we will implement a change to defeat that logical error.

Sadly ship protections have never really worked. I apologize for that; be careful whom you invite!
