Oh god poor dude xD but to break the circle i will say there are 11 eyes on the leaf-ish parts and 18 eyes on the tree trunks themselves

i got 29 eyes BUT they are all on this side sooooo!
either the backs of the trees are blind meaning you can pee in peace (is that what makes you eyes water ? )
OR
there are actually the same number on the other side making 58 eyes all together.....

and in that case i wont worry about peeing coz anything with that number of eyes would be enough to scare it out of me pretty quickly

 

And another one breaks the circle! =D

 

We also can't see how many trees are behind the "camera man" meaning that if we assume there are as many trees behind him with the same number of eyes, that should leave us with about 116 eyes if that is the case.

Though yeah. He could still just dig into the ground and do his business down there. If he has time that is. ;3
