Actually it doesn't. There was definitely a huge push for it. And frankly it probably would have been the single most Australian thing to ever be conceived. But it was shot down. Just like Boaty Mcboatface.

 

As a star trek fan i laugh way too hard and for too long of this.

also in the serie it might actually have happend too if you ever asked the computer because it counted as one request from the duplicator therefor it wouldn't over due the only three meals portion rule a day on the ship. but it dosn't state how big of a portion.therefor it would act as a lope hole in the computers system seeing on how many other similar ridiculous loopholes have been made by the crew on the ship for the computer.

..man i am a way bigger geek then i thought.
