right so say i made a new character. can i just move one of my original characters stuff into the file for the new character using notepad

 

I've instal the mod 4 day ago for existing char , it work well if you follow step.

 

I installed this and then created a new character. I proceeded to plummet beyond the boundaries of my ship. Any tips on this issue?

Throw it into the mods folder. Thats it.

 

Doesn't work with nightlies; don't even try, anyone. If someone could fix though, 'd be a day saviour. :/

Gotta say this is a pretty nice mod! But you should update it and add support for The Peglaci race.

 

what if a custom race mod is compressed into a .modpak from a mod pack and therefor doesn't have a ships folder visible? How would i go about intalling this?

Would I have to delete the mod pack and install those mods separately? or is there a way around this?

Edit: Also, how are the ship upgrades going to work with this?

 

I imagine they'll probably just be nullified by the mod.

 

Hey everyone, it's been a while. I've been on sort of an unofficial hiatus from working on this mod, but I hope to get back to work on it soon. I plan on adding support for a number of different races that people have been requesting. I also plan on including a separate download for the races so you don't have to download the whole mod if you just want it for a certain race. I'm also hopefully going to find a way to get the mod to work with the ship upgrades.

 

Perhaps make it so you can only make it so big until you upgrade it? Or only so many blocks? I've no clue.

i've installed the mod
but when i create a new character, the ship is the default one.
When i replace my .shipworld with the one that is on the .zip, all i get when i load the game is black screen

 

Did you decompress the .zip?

This mod need an uppdate!
