He's basically Liquid Snake? Especially with the whole be an arm grafted on some other schmuck allowing him to mind control... Hang on, I've got that headache again. I think I'll need a moment.

I can't help either, I just know I few of the crazy details. I mean mind controlling body grafts? Where do they come up with that crap?
