Frog Species?! O.o

so i was tunneling to the center of the earth like i always do and found a interesting NPC in a old tomb close to the core he was friendly and sold gold pickaxes and bombs here's a Screenshot.

 

I've found at least two of these so far, usually contains a Merchant which usually sells Bombs for a small amount of Pixels.

I do hope though in the future that they will be a playable race, I mean it seems legit right?

 

I found one of those weirdos. They appear to be immune to swords. I can't say I like that.

 

If they become more widely spread i'll have to exterminate these rather than the glitch filth.

 

That would be pretty cool lol but now that i think about theres a few races that we dont play. like the bunny race that the aviens seem to worship lol

 

I found the same guy! Wrote down the location so I can go back and stock up on bombs! Love that dude!

 

We need a playable frog and lizard races.

if they were to add another race what type of culture would that have? we got most of them down lol


Maybe like a traveling caravan type of ppl that you never see citys. like a type of pioneer

 

We don't worship bunnies. If you see a Avian grave with a bunny on top this means that the poor sool in this grave will never get his wings in the afterlife. Mostly this refers to criminals and so on.

The bunny is a symbol for not being able to fly and having to hop around the ground like bunnies for all eternity. I love my Avian lore. xD

 

...and the player character Avian's fate too unless they can prove the Kluex conspiracy

 

Yeah true I do hope that when the quests come in that the Avian will have a questline for that ^^

Yes they could add in other official races but for them to do so means creating furniture, decorations, items, codex, dialogue, ect all focused around them as well which is a crap ton of work.

 

Then again, we're not here to save the devs work (except for bug hunting and design feedback, of course). I'm pretty sure they can organize and prioritize on their own. We're here to express wishes to them and critique their work, basically

 

I think the a frog race should have a Chinese culture, rather than a Japanese one like the Hylotl. It suits them well. But it would be really cool if there was a race that was Hindu, maybe ELEPHANTS!!!

 

All I know is that these things better pray I don't get near their legs and a chopping blade if they want to continue walking and being delicious...

 

Them frogs sure look yummy.

But Hylotls already are salamanders (Axolotls to be specific. I have pet axolotls).
