    For tonight I will finish up the outline of the main guy. Tomorrow I will *try* to do the coloring, but that'll probably end up half-done. Monday and Tuesday I'll do the others, should be able to get them done faster because they're much smaller. When I get done for the day each day, I'll post an update :)

    You make another layer before you start and delete the beginning layer. Now it's transparent.

    As in one 32 x 32 sprite? Not too long, depending on the details. The borderlands guy took me about 45 minutes while the sandwich took me like 10.
    Now for a large project those take hours to complete.
