Bug/Issue Freeze after grandpa cutscene

Hi! Maybe you can help me...I am new here and need help with a glitch in Stardew Valley. I just reached the first day of Spring Year three and Grandpa came to visit. However, after he comments on how well I have done the screen freezes (well, sort of.) Grandpa is floating in the sky, bobbing up and down, but nothing else happens. I have tried pushing every button, exiting game and logging back on, but nothing works. Help! I just reached level 40 in the mines and have a prospective husband in the wings and now I can't access anything. This is harsh!
