Frame Rate Issues

    So I recently upgraded my gtx 960, which ran stardew perfectly fine, to a amd radeon rx 580. I am now getting frame rate issues while in game. It feels like its skipping a few frames and it makes the screen look very shakey. Is there anyway to fix this. The steam overlay says im at a constant 60fps, but it doesnt feel this way. Thanks!
