Use the in-game Music Player in FU, find the track on your own

please help ! im stuck at first loading even not reach menu (happen after installing mod FrackinUniverse)

 

Sry pal, your going to have to post your starbound.log file, you can do so via github or the like.
(Anytime u get a ctd/crash/etc for any mod, starbound.log file should be posted to help the author figure out the cause of it.)

 

So, me and some friends have a Starbound server with Frackin Universe, Frackin Races and Music installed and evertime somebody eats things like a potato or raw meat they get this error. No matter if they are a custom race or a normal one.

Oh, and when you try to join again after that, it says that the Incoming client packet has caused an exception.

 

Starbound crashes during loading screen. I've got starbound 1.4.1 and the latest version of Frackin Universe, when I open starbound without Frackin Universe it opens but with Frackin Universe it crashes on loading screen. I tried this by removing all my mods other than Frackin Universe but it still occurs and I Get This

read the description, you need a character creation extender mod like xbawks, it is linked on the mod page (probably the same goes for the user Seind)


Oh, and I think I will be out of the loop for my current run, as I don't plan to update Starbound in the middle.

I won't report anything I find in the foreseeable future, because I'll keep playing on version 5.6.291

when you follow instructions and properly post a log via pastebin, ill look into this. Until then, I will not.

Also, either everyone in your group, or you sspecifically, posted this same bug in 3 separate places. Not appreciated. Pick one place to report it: here, steam or discord. not all three please.

disable the Discord overlay. this has nothing to do with FU.

also, you might want to pay attention to the mods you add.


RaceGameplayVariation is absolutely outdated and worthless at this point. Use FrackinRaces instead. Its the only other mod that does these things, and is 4 years ahead of this one.

 

yep already disable discord overlay and uninstalled RGV but its still stuck at first loading..

 

@Seind have you tried taking out each of the other mods one at a time (other than the ones sayter said ) to see if it is one of those?
I had to do that with fallout4 once. Lucky me, I only have about 20 or so. Found the little bugger, it was an outdated mod that had been abandoned. Just replaced it with something else that did the same thing (easy when its building items lol) took a while but was worth it for me.

hmm i had a question so i start the new character and after completing the first FU mission on lush planet, it tell me to go to mama pop up but when i want to enter the dungeon it tell me that i need a personal tricoder which i already had any idea why??

 

likely because you havent updated starbound to 1.4.1, or have conflicting mods.

FU will not work with older clients, period. You *require* 1.4 or higher to play.
