ive tried in multiple suits and am not having this replicated damage issue anymore from what i can see.... hm.



also: the shield generator functions as it does in vanilla. I've done nothing to it other than make it craftable. It doesn't do what you want it to do right now.

Did you try making new armors, new everything to make sure it's not an old suit of armor mucking things up? Even if you have to /admin it in.

That said... Now you know what it looks like. Also, just a little correction, it was 150.000, not 1.500.000.

 

So what, the damage just keeps going up? I wonder if you could actually overflow the variable that's stored in, lol. That'd be an interesting log to show CF devs.

So, are there any truly major things to know about when updating to the latest from...5.0.17b? I'm aware that's a lot of versions behind, I just want to know if this will affect existing characters too much, and anything that I need to know about right away?

 

I have encountered exactly the same bug causing game freeze for about one minutes, but with a slightly different spear (energy whirl secondary attack and shadow element damage). Here's my log file:

According to his log file, the only mod we both have is FU. So it is either a FU bug or a vanilla one.

 

i dont need a screenshot. screenshots are useless. i know what the screenshot will show. That isnt the issue. The issue is I cannot replicate the issue you guys are having, unless I use /reload a few times, which is expected since it mucks up scripts when you do that.

Well, couldn't you be less polite? Even so, I just reported this bug coz I thought others could be facing the same issue.

the issue has been reported about 70 times. I'm well aware of it. Just look through the last many pages. Hence my annoyance.

That's kind of an old post of mine, I first updated FU but that didn't work. My issue got resolved when I added an updated frackin races to the mix, check if that fixes stuff for you. That's the only way I've been able to get around it, when I remove FR and get a similar spear with a different char I have the same issue but it's gone again when I add FR. I've only been able to reliably test this on account of the unusually high spawn rate of shadow and cosmic effect items, that might be something to take a look at in the future. I don't think a mod's issue should be resolved with another mod but for now I'm kinda enjoying FR, I don't think I'll play again without it unless it's for FU testing purposes.

Are Cosmic and Shadow damage something from FU? Because I've never found a weapon with one of those.
