    By the way Sayter, I'm glad you managed to fix that nasty universe bloat bug we encountered ages back, heh. I haven't been very active in the community since then but I'm happy it got fixed, that was a frustrating situation all around. I hope it wasn't too much of a pain in your arse to correct.

    One of the bst mods eva :D But how to catch bees? I've tried to use the bugnet but nothing happends. How to catch & use them???

    Are you trying to catch the hostile bees in FU honey biomes? Those are just enemies. The bees you need to catch look like the flying bugs you normally catch with the bug net. Due to a quirk in FU's code, just look for the little flying bugs that actually pop up a health bar.

    Ok I got thx SpaceKGreen. I've put som ForestQueens and Forestdrones to the apiary (Input) with a frame and created a garden with some plants & flowers but they don't do anything, what could be wrong?

    -Did you put the bees in the top two input slots and the frame in the bottom? That's the setup the code looks for.
    -Did you use the right frame? Some frames are meant for specific kinds of bees, like all the frames specifically meant for miner bees.
    -Is it actually daytime? :p Forest bees only work during the day.

    If you see a "cloud of bees" effect around the apiary, it's working. Might have to give it a bit of time to start producing, depending on how many flowers you have near it.

    thx SpaceKGreen. This should be written in instructions or some kind of codexbook ^^ I've put the bees to the upper input and the frames to the bottom, then planted some trees around and it worked :D :D :D

    I don't think so, I couldn't find anything when I tried looking. You'd be better off using the Creative Mode mod's duplicators since they work on anything that's an item. Then you just need to find what you want and duplicate it.

    Dungeon Time!

    more specifically, microdungeons. I've been procrastinating on this one for quite some time now. I've made 12 so far, and will hammer out quite a few more of them. The goal is, essentially, to pad the vanilla list of microdungeons a little bit with FU content, and also to add some unique sets for the FU biomes only. The caveat there being you need quite a few before it becomes viable to make it a "set" if microdungeons or you'll end up seeing the same 5 over and over. So, the more the merrier is definitely true here.

    As such, if anyone wants to help or try their hand at tiled: Any and all good submissions will be accepted and credit given where due. I will happily supply the custom FU tilesets needed for the program where necessary (though vanilla assets work fine as well)

    Furthermore, if there are suggestions that suit particular biomes, subbiomes or so on feel free to chime in with your suggestions.

    Bees only come out during the day (apart from the Nocturnal breeds which are relatively rare). Other than that, they just need flowers directly next to the apiaries. The more flowers, the busier the bees get. They work fine. They may not function on ships, though, since there is no night/day on ships.

    You'll know its working if there are bees flying outside of the apiary. It does take quite a while to produce stuff in them, so bear that in mind.

    last I used bees, the apiaries still cycled on the ship. I don't know if it was somehow getting the cycles of the orbited planet, or if there was some "default" day/night cycle it was using, but they worked the same as normal.

    Might I suggest a few things, like a "Transformer" powered station that'll mate the voltages of things (let's say you have two 5v and a 4v battery) together to one output, and will only take what's demanded from the power inputs.

    Another thing I'd like to suggest is a power-switch, that'll take an input of power, and will output power, but only when the switch is on. (think wall switch with power input.)

    Transformer isn't a bad idea but no plans for it in the short term. I have other focuses right now.

    The switch thing though...just build an already existing switch. They exist in vanilla. I use such switches in the Shoggoth dungeon. I forget which ID it uses but it's there :) Whether or not it works with the Science powered gear is another matter entirely, however.

    Power can't pass through switches, as in power from batteries. When I want to use the ansibile network, I have to wire it up every time.

    ah, yes. Fair enough. No plans for that just yet though. But at least it won't drain the battery when not in use anymore :)
