    Gah. Thanks. Ill get a fix up. Im curious as to why my Find in Files/Replace missed a few references. Next time I'll be more thorough.

    um...it should now. The quests are no longer race-specific. Try updating the version you are playing.

    heya sayter, got a slight compat issue with starfoundry man. i tried to bash up a patch but using mod manager i get an error saying the file type has not been compressed proper, any idea how i can solve it? cheers and keep up the great work.

    Noooo idea. Never used Starfoundry as of yet. Not even sure what it modifies other than LUA stuff. None of which my mod touches.

    What does the starbound log say, if anything?

    the log says nothing at all about either mod, whats weird is it worked ok before the enraged patch. any way i tested it with a fresh SB install and just Fflora and Sfoundry and yours seems to break 2 main things of the Sfoundry mod while the Sfoundry seems to do nothing at all to your own. im only good with basic code as of yet so im not much help like, but it could be how you have the ores and blocks react when they are used at your crafting stations. as Sfoundry has new smelting devices for ores and a liquid extractor for snow/ice ect it could be that they just dont work together. thought i would let you both know as your both on the featured list and 2 of my fav mods fo SB,

    Try doing it manually. Mod manager is notorious for breaking otherwise stable mods without warning (ie if you use mod manager on the avali mod, 9 times out of 10 it just breaks the game, nobody knows why)

    i have heard its unstable with some mods and fantastic with other mods would be my luck its 2 that i really like that it doesnt lol. as to doing it manually im not sure i have the know how to do it, my skills with tinckering with the game/code is limited, by that i mean took me 2 nights to make 3 items and get them to work and even then they are vey simple things, so im not really great with it.

    Mostly, you shouldn't NEED to.

    Mods (made properly) are self-merging. You just throw them in the mod folder and they do their own thing right out the box.

    i wish it was that simple. sadly it seems not to be. ill give ot a try tomorrow as its late here and i need sleep lmao. cheers for the info bud, apreciate it

    if their object shares the same name it will conflict. If that is the case, simply changing the stations filename/itemname in all references to it will fix it. I can worry about it when I am able to get to that.

    I like this mod but it conflicts with other mods that I use. Like Industrialization. It uses a duplicate name (resin) and the game crashes.

    Edit: So I use a mod manager to merge the files and they work. But the new update modinfo file was causing errors in the manager. I spent a good while trying to figure out what it wanted, since the error said there were no brackets when there "should" have been brackets when there was no need for the brackets it seemed to want. Turns out it just wanted a space before the brackets at the beginning. :rofl:

    So, Im searching for a way to create the ignus chili seed, and I cant seem to find them at all. Maybe I just derped out hardcore.

    I have a bug to report. The genetically enhanced carrots don't seem to be growing at all.

    I'm using Persistent Farming, btw.

    It no longer conflicts with Industrialization. That was fixed in the last patch. Update the mod after first deleting the version you have completely.

    Modified carrots grow fine the last I planted them, and I have made no changes since then to the seed. Persistent Farmables , by the way, only works on vanilla plants. Eventually I'll edit my own plants into it.

    You'll find them in the Cloning Lab, not the Design Lab. They were moved a few updates ago.

    That's too bad. Then using enhanced variants of plants is simply no good at all for me. Maybe when support is added.

    Sure it is. Their growth times are quite short compared to the vanilla plants. They simply won't grow when you are absent, for now. It certainly doesn't affect default plants, or anything of the sort. So long as you are anywhere even remotely near your base, they'll grow.

    But yea, support is something I do intend to provide eventually. It's a lot of copy/paste gruelling work, though.


    All that aside, I may shorten their growth times a bit more.
