    Do they have their own hitboxes, or that's one whole thing?

    Orbital bombardment. It's *ahem* the only way to be sure.

    Seriously, though, I'm not even going to attempt to fight that thing until I get some War Angel weapons.

    Well, we aren't going to have it in-game as a boss for a while. It only has blink animations so far. We'll be working out the attacks it has, special code it needs, etc.

    Hey I'm using Frackin' Universe and I want to disable meteors on my rainforest planet although I can't find the rainforest biome after I unpacked your mod, does it have a different name in the mod files?

    Just open weather.config, and do a search for /thickjungle

    remove the entries for meteors. Don't forget to remove the last " , " .Done :)

    However , I don't think it will impact the planet you are already on, since that has already been generated.

    Oh, thanks I was looking for rainforest and didn't consider it being called thickjungle :D

    The biome used to have that name. The file name remained the same, since I was lazy and didn't feel like rewording every instance in the files of that name. Same with primeval forest, which used to be Arboreal.[DOUBLEPOST=1439742982][/DOUBLEPOST]
    Warm hugs.

    Sorry to bother you again but I now get an error message and I can't copy paste it and the only thing I changed was the weather for the rainforest and I did pack it again.

    you probably forgot exactly what i told you not to forget :)

    And yes, you CAN copy paste it by following the directions on the overview page that appear before anything else.

    you can use "code" within a [ and ] bracket, and paste from your starbound log . that would be the fastest way.

    In short, you should have this

    Code:
    {
    "op" : "add",
    "path" : "/thickjungle",
    "value" : [
        [0.4, "clear"],
        [0.25, "heavyrain"],
        [0.5, "rain"],
        [0.5, "mistyrain"],
        [0.05, "hurricane"],
        [0.05, "windstorm"]
        ]
    },

    Though again, this will quite possibly not affect an already existing planet since it has been generated with the previous values. So bear that in mind.

    Not sure why you'd need to remove them though...they are already at only 1% and 0.05%, respectively. But I suppose long-term it's safer for your base :)

    in the primary crafting station for plants (Gene Design Lab) along with all the other plant recipes.

    If it's a plant, that is where it is found. If it isn't yet there, you have to build the plant or get the item that unlocks it. Experiment.

    GENIUS!
    We shall drown it in KITTENS! Just two can take down an entire Dwarven fort; surely a gun that shoots kittens could defeat it! And if turns out to lack firepower, well,

    We'll configure the kittens to land in a hugging position!

    Allright, with Unstable live now I will be doing some updates to the mod and getting something out hopefully by the end of the week. That may not happen, however, as right now Real Life (tm) is a bit busy.

    The following is a list of things I must update to suit the new Unstable:

    -new npc scripts where applicable (pathing was changed, etc. Quest npcs will need this update
    -add critters to biomes including the new FU critters
    -MICRODUNGEONS! (450 new ones..damn. That's a lot to spread around the FU biomes. Like....a LOT.)
    -update dungeon spread on biomes to match vanilla
    -readdress gas giants now that they have more variety in-game and likely can be handled in a more efficient manner
    -address prices for all items in FU to cut off any unreasonable profit from selling goods
    -weapon damage and armor values need rebalancing (especially armor damage modifiers): This means many armors will be "re-branded" with different abilities and such.
    -integrate tech cards, manipulator modules, upgrade modules and other new resources into recipes
    -ensure the crops have the new data required for growth via water
    -remove extra Glow Fibres from recipes now that there is one type instead of 3 (less bloat! yay!)
    -add in the removed liquids since FU still uses them
    -remove the "new" assets I added from Nightly (new tiles, trees, plants etc) as they will now be redundant (and probably cause duplicate-ID crashes anyhow)
    -weather effects to deposit sand, etc
    -weather effects to alter movement and stats
    colony tags for objects for the inevitable (eventual) FU colony updates
    liquid <--> Solid interactions. finally! wooohoo!
    grass seeds

    if anyone sees something missing from the above, let me know.

    Additionally, if anyone has feedback on armor tiering and the like, and what "order" an FU player typically acquires them, please chime in. It's been a long while since I had to play through everything and as such I am not an authority on how and when armors are obtained.
