Hey, I have an error whenever trying to run this game. I'm playing on the latest stable build that came out april 21st.

Oh for christs sake.... really sick of this goddamned site not updating when it should.

Updated the patch notes , yet again, with a new link to the new "master file". I'll be using a non-numbered zip from now on , so that the update will always be proper. Yes, it will mean no more backlogs of versions...but I don't really care. That's what github is for.

 

I"m not to sure if i'm the only one having this problem but i cant seem to do the missions in the console from frackin flora to go find the apex scientist when i click the mission it dose the loading screen but i just appear back on my ship any ideas?

It's because he didn't download 1.3.3.9b or higher. He just clicked DOWNLOAD and didn't read the update notes. Or the thread to see if someone else had the issue

 

Using the github version, commit number 08de0e6a3d (latest as of this post). The plant that drops DNA Samples has the glowing orbs around it, but the plant itself is invisible. Unless it's supposed to look like that.

 

uh....which one? none of the farmables drop DNA, so it is a wild plant, though I don't know what you mean by "orbs around it".

A screenshot might help though, if you can get one. It could be one of the "lesser" plants that aren't farmables, but are breakables?

 

I guess he's confused. There are fireflies that drop dna samples. No invisible plant here.

yea, i made them a bit larger than a single pixel... i felt it looked a little nicer than tiny moving dots

The mod worked well until I did the quests which tells me to go to SAIL and use the missions tab to beam to the lab, I beam up and then beam down back in my ship. Any idea? thx

 

Well, it took 90 attempts (yes, really) but the site finally actually accepted the update! Yay![DOUBLEPOST=1429979811][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yes, grab the new version (1.4) and you'll be fine. This was a problem on 1.3.9.9, which has since been resolved.

I'm going to double check this now and verify that I uploaded the right file though, but it should be fine with this release.


edit: and yes, new release is perfectly fine.
