    I think the installation instructions need updating. It says install modpack in zip to mod folder, but it should say, copy contents of zip into mod folder. When it says the mod shouldn't have its own folder in the mod directory, that is a little bit misleading.

    I meant something more along the lines of limiting this mod's content to a higher tier in the base game. Rather than have the player be able to make it at a wooden crafting table (maybe the robotic crafting table?). Or at least make it so that the player doesn't know the recipes until later (after the tutorial, maybe through a quest or something). But do what you think is best, really.

    How are you going to get the questlines started for custom races? "If race != (default races) then begin questlines"? Sort of a juryrig to get around it? I don't want to have to start a new character to do the current quests.

    i can see why its disabled now lol

    not much todo there =p

    also saw that wasteland biomes wernt enabled in your celestial.config.patch ether

    so i enabled them too, no wonder i couldn't find them

    Its something I've been contemplating. I've never run a Starbound server before but I used to run a modded Minecraft one for a pretty long while, so the learning curve probably isn't that steep.

    The only hurdle really is the cost. It would be best for me to rent a server from a host, and I have a couple in mind. But that gets pricey pretty quickly.

    It would be neat though, running a server with this mod. We'll see. Maybe I'll be able to get something going. And if I do I'd gladly share the server info with you all, if Sayter doesn't mind.

    No promises though :p I'm not loaded with money these days.

    Sounds good. I usually just run a server when I played with myself. Since it was just us, there was no need for a dedicated one.

    Okay, I was wrong. Turns out that there is a duplicate issue under \FrackinUniverse\items\materials\ @sayter . There is swampdirtffmaterial.matitem and swampdirtmaterial.matitem, and they are largely the same, barring that the second causes conflicts with Unstable.

    Sorry for doubting you, Keigai. I'm too focused on my own mods to routinely search through someone elses for errors.

    Yeah. I'd just ideally have a dedicated one so it can be running all the time, with any automated backing up and restarting or whatever (if thats even necessary with SB ). Plus if something breaks and I need to fix it, I'd still have access at work, and I could set a couple other people as admins as well, etc.

    I'm getting more inclined to do it the more I talk about it...

    wow... you're right. They weren't enabled. Hah! Fixed that for you all. Thanks, man. Not sure how that one got missed entirely!

    If it helps any, it's always on the same world type http://i.imgur.com/t2AwpyE.jpg with the double acid symbols (always protoworlds also), sometimes the leaves will start blowing and it will go through a whole weather cycle then all the sudden it stops and the server errors out, or it will crash as soon as you land.

    I don't have that issue at all with proto worlds. Very unusual. I think it must be an incorrect damage type somewhere.


    are you DELETING the mod when you reinstall it, or overwriting? delete and reinstall if you have just been tossing it over top.


    if you have been deleting it...I am puzzled. I'll take another peek.

    and remove acid entirely as well.

    Found for plants:
    The blue melon has a graphics error, when full grown you see just one half of it. Also, you can plant the big plants (like vashta and glarestalk) very close to each other or ever on the same place where other plant are growing. When you plant a glarestalk, the seed isn't "centered" at the point of your cursor, but several blocks to the right.

    derp I actually ment to say "when I play with my friends". Well if you do ever set one up ill be happy to play on it/assist with it when I can!

    EDIT: Realised this is a bit off topic, so lets switch to pm's when talking about a potential server with this mod and possibly more?

    I'm afraid I simply deleted the "Water" part in the brush line in both rarebuildings.dungeon and wastelandbuildings.dungeon. And I'm not entirely sure that's what people call a fix D: I mean, yeah, I don't get the error anymore, but since I'm an idiot I could've done something terrible to the dungeon itself D: I'm terribly sorry, but I really believe you're much more better in this than I am, so it would be much safer if you'd take a look yourself. Sorry :C

    if you arent seeing errors, it's probably fine. Also means it is likely an easy fix. I'll peek later.

    should have another large update and batch of fixes tonight. The list this time is...rather extensive. The patch notes will break it down into a few items...but there are hundreds of files changed :)
