found a way out of the ship!

so I recently found the random blink, I tested it out on my ship and I appeared on top of it! I used a few more times and I got back in
I was looking up when I did it
im not sure your supposed to be able to do this but it works for now!

 

Can you build outside it? Can you fall off and die?

 

ya I was able to build, I tried jumping off and hit the bottom... and just stayed there, nothing happened!
to get back up I just hit the teleport down button at the side of the screen

 

Does the stuff follow you when you FTL Travel to a different planet?

You can always just download the ship builders mod and do all of this without trying to exploit. Building your own ship is epic too.

 

sorry screen shots dont work for me, I cant see most of them or post any (WHY DOES MY COMPUTER HATE ME!?!?!?) ive looked up so many guides for it and none of them help

 

have you tried uploading them to an image hosting service then linking to the image? I use the google+ image hosting.

 

I have, it still doesnt work for me (COMPUTER JUST TELL ME WHY YOU WONT WORK!)

Yeah, I did that the second I got blink. Kinda funny.

I thought everyone knew you could do that? You have to spam it so you can move through blocks - it's a collision check error.

 

It's no more complicated than setting your avatar image, It seems weird that you're having trouble.

 

I know that, thats why I dont understand it, its so simple and easy yet my computer still doesnt let me do it!

 

You are using the Print screen key, right? If not, use it, open imgur, click the "upload" button then press CTRL V.

 

The blocks will still be there as its just the background that changes the ship is actually a world. plus there is a mod which removes the ship sprite and makes the ship from wood allowing you to destroy it and build a custom ship
