Floran Grenade Launcher

Hey there, does anyone know where or how I can legitimately find a Floran Grenade Launcher, or if it is actually obtainable ingame? The wiki says the Floran village guards wield it, but I doubt they drop 'em, been slaughtering a few but no dice. Any leads are appreciated, thanks in advance, peace!
