Floods.

    The idea is that, on certain worlds there is a chance of water flooding the area. For example: on worlds with a high amount of water on them, every 20-40 minutes or so the water floods a large portion of the world for about 10 minutes. Once the flood ends the world goes back to how it was before and the timer for when a flood can happen resets. This could be used to make worlds more dangerous as the player would have to build a base faster so they didn't drown. This would only happen on worlds that are mostly water.

    Nice idea, I have nothing against. In fact, on the more dangerous worlds with acidic/corrosive liquid in place of water, something like a flood would be a true challenge and near suicide if one doesn't have proper, resistant armor.

    That sounds.... awesome, i wanna build a base in a valley where shitloads of floods happen now :rofl:
    It'd have airlocks and if it's possible some kind of tidal generator :D

    Just imagine it My glorious coastline outpost water rising and the base has to be sealed.Yes Yes yes.
