I'm aware of a game-breaking bug occuring when loading (or sometimes, saving) files. It's 11.50pm here but I'm working on a fix right now. In the meantime, if you're affected there are a couple of things you can try that might help alleviate the problem: Quit the launcher between games. Edit your start.bat to look like this, and then run the game by double-clicking start.bat: Code: java -Xmx1024m -jar lennasinception.jar If for some reason you're desperate to know the exact moment I find out what's going on, you can CC yourself on the bugtracker. I'll upload the fix as soon as I've found one and given it some testing!
It turned out to be simpler than I expected. I've replaced the start.bat file with an .exe that sets the min/max heap sizes correctly so the game doesn't run out of memory. Run the game via that executable and there will be no crashes. You can get the update from the download link itch.io sent you after purchase. What I don't understand is how this wasn't spotted before the release, and I'll be looking into that.
Great thanks! I just purchased the game and found a strange graphical glitch with some of the blocks. It reminds me of the old NES days when the cart was dirty and the graphics did not load properly. The graphical glitch could be due to my graphics card but I do not think that is the case necessarily. I wish I could tell you what blocks are glitching but I have no idea only put in a few minutes of game time. I can state that I had just beaten the second dungeon and found the bombs when I noticed the blocks on the over world glitching a bit. Anyway just wanted to give you a heads up on it.
Oh, well then color me impressed! I like that whole breaking the 4th wall element then. Carry on my good man.
