Bug/Issue Fix missing questgivers and artifacts in the Ark Ruins.

I completed a few quests in someone else's world, now I cannot complete them for mine. I know there's a /completequest command, but I don't know the quest IDs, and I'm not sure if it works when they're not active / already completed.

I am missing the Hyotl artifact, and the questgiver that comes with it (the latter might be Frackin' content? EDIT: It's vanilla). So if anyone knows the quest ID for it, thanks. - A list with all quest IDs is also welcome.


EDIT: Upon further inspection, I've found that I am missing the character Koichi.

 

UPDATE: I seem to have fixed the issue myself.

First, I tried to use the /questcomplete "QuestID" command. I used http://pastebin.com/raw/ATJ0Nxpc to find the quest IDs. They're at the very bottom. I used both hylotl_mission1 and hylotl_mission2. Do not include the ".questtemplate".
(Note: This will give you a reward bag, just trash it.)

Then I tried to redo the mission at S.A.I.L. This fixed the missing character and the missing artifact on the Ark.

 

Did you redo the whole mission?
