I just started year two and I STILL don't have a catfish. I know it has to be raining/snowing but I've been fishing nearly every day for hours. Especially when it was snowing in winter since I heard that is supposed to be when they're out. I also read they were uncommon, but I have yet to come across a single one. So I'm asking you guys who have caught a catfish... What kind of tips could you spare? Do you have a certain spot?
for me i was having the same issue so i waited until the next season (spring) and i caught one by the library. im having the same issue with the bullhead and i think theres only one lake so im testing out different seasons to find the right one even though it says on the wiki you can catch it anytime
