Fishing "Charge sound" Plays Once

    When fishing, the "Charge Sound" only plays once per run of the game, and when it does play seems quiet compared to the rest of the sounds. After closing and running the game again it comes back, but only once.

    Bug occurs regardless of fullscreen or windowed mode.

    OS: Linux Mint 18
