First race you will try?

I'm a human guy. I'm always a human, never an elf or something. I guess I can just relate to them the most.

... I didn't expect most of it to be human.

I plan to play Hyotl. I think for one they look really cool and I want to utilize their armor for an entirely under-water planet. Kinda like Kamino

No no no, be the race you want to be. Don't let the "hype" get you down about your favorite race. Nobody is going to be like "Oh look at the mainstream floran here hurp hurp hurp." Don't fall into the hipster swing broooo

Human, Glitch and then Floran. In that order.

 

My first thought is to go human (I suppose because I'm boring), but I'm kinda becoming tempted by the Avians. They have a neat look, and I really find the idea of their culture and background very interesting. I suppose it'll come down to learning more about the humans when they get an in-depth look.
