First race you will try?

i was going to try floran at first, but since i like to be *~special and unique~* i think i'll try the less popular apex. theyve actually grown on me a lot, too.

 

Yeah, it's something I spotted under the Playable Races tab here:

So no, not official. But I am hankerin' for that Human bonus, so I hope it turns out like that. Although I might have an Apex on standby for PvP, as that seems like just enough of an edge to throw somebody off. But it depends how much of this actually makes it into the game.

 

If all races themselves eventually end up equal aside from looks ultimately, I'd just stick with one and take advantage of the different racial armors then... that way, I could pick to have my human get human-armor bonuses for extra space (if that's official, or any given one is official) or my human can wear hylotl armor to be able to breathe underwater and swim faster.

 

Or you could be a Floran with Avian armor, a.k.a. a leaf on the wind.

I think I'll go with Florans first because I like the idea of carnivorous plant people that aren't hippies then probably Humans cause well there Humans

 

Apex all the way. Planet of the Apes? Anyone....

 

Hylotls look like the most varied-choiced ones as well as looking more decent than the other races, my choice would have to be them.

 

I'm choosing the Bird people, because dey got so much swag.

 

With the new 'post release' hairstyles they're attempting to add, I think avians have much more added swag.

 

I'll be an Apex first...then I dunno. I want to try them all because they look cool.

 

Apexes are cool, only if you can make them look cool which in fact, I'm not good at doing. :/

That's right. The only manly looking one was the spiked one, and that looked terribly bad, no offense. At post release, I seriously hope they'll make the hairs look nicer as well as some of the clothing options, then I might try that as a second choice.

 

I agree. I can barely tell if a floran is male/female.

Florans look amazing, so, I'm kind of debating to make a Hylotl or Floran.

 

There are a lot more Hylotl than I thought there would be.
I thought they would be the 2nd least popular, 1st being robots.

I probly think because they can breathe underwater, and with the recent implemetations of oceans, I could see them become a race I will too play allot
