I really hope that this is some sort of a bug and you DON'T hardcode file paths ~_~
(My copy is not installed on C:, if anyone misses my point)

Actually, those file paths aren't really hard-coded - it's just leftover from when the source was compiled. You'll note the files mentioned have .cpp and .hpp extensions, they were the source files. It's really just reference for the devs. The only concerning thing is the first line: "error loading asset [...]". You might want to 'verify integrity of game cache' in Steam: you'll find the button to do so if you right-click Starbound and select 'properties', 'local files' tab. If you still get the issue, then yeah, it's a bug.

The game uses a cut-scene to hide the loading and unloading caused by "map-changing". Sometimes in this process some assets can't be loaded in time, and the game can't find them when it calls for them to be used.

I suggest reporting bugs found in their proper place: http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?forums/support/

I installed it on D and never got that error, so i guess there are no hardcoded paths
