so with the big 1.0 update will we see those unique boos monsters that you showed off??? it was a long time ago but still
I think those are coming post 1.0 when that part of the code is streamlined and enabled. I think those are still millions of years off.
Glad to see 1.0 is actually happening soon enough. It'll be nice to have the freedom to have a fixed saved game from 1.0 on that shouldn't need restarted with further updates. Seems like if they want to add stuff post 1.0 that requires new planet generation.. they could just add new systems/planets to be found, with hints if necessary at the hub. Once the story and base mechanics are done, I'm really looking forward to what I hope will be a gradual increase in unique and curious mysterious side-stories that will help flesh out the universe and give the players some progression-adjacent things to do (like the arena, museum listed in the post, only more!)

its so players can have a choice if I remember right that was not much of a choice to have it or not from some of vary early updates they did

I wish I could run this game but its still lags out my brand new laptop. Hope the 1.0 update optimizes it so that I can play!
I actually have a few ideas on how one could do the custom ship thing. But, I'll save that for a different thread. Anyways, love what I see (especially the optimization ). I hope that this falls under "1.0 means that we will add stuff like how Terraria and Minecraft do, with new items and the such, but also be missions." That's kinda the direction the post made me go, but i could always be wrong. Not to mean i am not hyped, either. Just cautious. Also, i hope that there is a large diversity in weapons. Weapons like semiautomatic weaponry that is not a sniper, more two handed weapons, whips (that would actually be pretty awesome), etc. Hype 101.
