Figurarum Blue Green Red Frozen Molten He is basically a monster that blends in with his general surroundings. He could be a patch of dirt, or a tree, or even a friendly mob. The only way to know is by a distinct mark that is usually around the creatures abdominal area. Once this monster is discovered, it turns into a slime-like creature that tries to suck your HP from you. The only way defend yourself is to keep yourself at a distance. The creature has significantly high HP, so it will be tough to take down. He deals a varying amount of damage depending on the type and difficulty of the planet. Still, even when you think the creature may die, he fakes his death, meaning that if you come over the same spot he will attack from a different point. There are three different types of Figurarum Flora Fabrica and Mortalis Each Figurarum is unique in attack patterns and defence, so each fight will bring many different surprises. It doesn't end there, Figurarum are rare spawns, but when they do, they spawn in groups. Yikes! But don't worry, Figurarum only attack when you do one of the three things Kill a peaceful or semi-peaceful mob Make loud noises near the location Disturb the area Depending on the severity and the number of times you do any of the actions increases the likelihood of being attacked by these creatures. Another thing about Figurarum is that they are capable of holding weapons, so dodging and blocking will also be good mechanics to put to use. Figurarum are also untameable, meaning that trying to tame them is like trying to reason with a Grizzly Bear. There are so many things I could tell you about the Figurarum, they are so many aspects that could be covered. But I'll just leave one more unique ability about them, Figurarum can also be disguised as a item, so if you happen to use the psuedo item, they will jump out of your inventory and attack.More on the Figurarum! Attacks The Figurarum are highly resourceful, especially in fights. Don't expect to fight any Figurarum without any type of weapon! They usually bring close range, but certain Figurarum may use a bow or even a gun! During a fight, the jump around a lot which makes up for there lack of bones. They're slime allows them to attain great heights, stick to walls and ceilings, engulf the player, and more! When using close-range weapons, they will try to get close to you through 2 ways. 1, they will purposely leave a thick coating of slime on the ground. That way, if you walk over it, your move speed will be decreased by 50%, allowing them to get a swipe at you! They will leave this coating WHEREVER they go, but don't worry, the coating dries in 30 seconds. Remember though, if you are on the coating while it dries, you are stuck until you break the ground your standing on (via dynamite, fire, that sort of thing). 2, using there extra vigilant bodies, they will try to quickly transmute themselves into the nearest object to obstruct there presence. They usually do this if you let them go off screen, or run away when they have low hp. If you happen to pass by the object which they are at, they will engulf you, trying to break you down with the acidic fluid of there insides. Even when you do manage to kill them, they will break into pieces, if you happen to get a piece on you, you become infected. The infection causes the shots of your ranged weapon to be off by 20%, it also slowly turns you into a slime, meaning that your jump height will be slightly increased as it progresses, and your fall damage will also decrease. When fully infected, Figurarum will no longer attack you, but you will be attacked by NPC's. You can be healed by making a potion out of various ingredients, but the chance of getting infected any ways is 1 to 6. IF you do get fully infected, you will also have all the abilities the Figurarum have, you will also retain your shape and armor. Strategy While it would seem that the Figararum only pose as inanimate objects, this is actually false. They can also pose as enemies, the larger they are, the more Figararum used to compose them. When the enemy is defeated, the Figararum fall apart and you must destroy them too. Figararum can not pose as Bosses to keep this from getting to difficult, but they can pose as mini-bosses, making them still difficult. When defeated (as another creature), they fall apart and rest for 2 seconds to regain there balance. Then, they will target the closest human player and then attack. If they're are multiple human entites surrounding it, they will split up to attack each and every one of them. Also, when attacking a Figararum, they can dodge moves by bending at different angles, making them hard to close range attack them. When you are in a cave, Figararum try to destroy your light source (off and on screen), that way they can ambush you. This is imperative that you are careful to either observe the rules posted above, or to have a scanner for you. Once you defeat a certain of them, your scanner (explained later) will be able to adopt a Figararum Doppler radar. Now, it will not give the exact location of them, but rather point out whether they are in the area or not. The faster the blips, the closer you are to one. Beware, some Figararum have jamming technology built inside of them, blocking there presence...
I actually really like the idea! Always been fan of stuff that mimics, camouflages, or pretends to be something else. I really would like to see an some image though.
Hmmm colorful balls? I was expecting actual slime, possibly with rough shape of a human or something similar. But if you want your monster to be perfectly round spheres, I suppose that's just how they roll haha
Its kinda cool, in a way, the idea of blending in with the enviroment is a bit neat, (in my opinion, not to sure about others). On a side note, please don't ask others if you think it should win. Instead, how about: "What do you think about it?" A) Its neat Its bad C) Could use some work. D) Can't decide.

One thing that you can do to help your thread out is using the edit feature, you can add or remove things with it.
