Simple really. Is it possible to stop Fence Decay or to have the time stop (or slow down significantly) when you're in the mine without having SMAPI or Storm? I'm running Windows XP (My computer cannot upgrade past it) and sadly SMAPI and Storm don't support it. (Get told they're not a valid win32 application when attempting to install). I love everything about this game except those 2 'features', and would love to be able to change it. x_X
If you're a developer, you could decompile the .exe, change what you want and then recompile it Other than that.. unfortunately no. It's game logic, not something you find in an XNB file.
