Well, that's that. Chucklefish has forced my hand. Nightly just replaced all .wav files with .ogg, and I feel I should link the 3.5.6 preview that follows such a change. Here's the changelog so far: * Added comforter-specific statuses that I'm not sure are hooked up right. * Fixed ship cockpit door not being removable. Thanks to BloodyRain2k for bringing that up. * Made Baby Tee and Hotpants dyeable. Thanks to PaperShift. * Corrected recipe for Spy Catsuit Goggles, thanks to SoulEchelon. * Added DyeMod custom data to the Two Toned Top, courtesy MrMagical. * Added sprites for all the rifles, made by JoshuaMadoc. They too need names still. * Added prices to all custom clothing, fixes merchants. * Tweaked treasure pools. * Fixed ship image for tier 7. Thanks to BloodyRain2k again. * Replaced vanilla jeans with new low-riding jeans. No shoes. * Corrected grammar on felingraffiti6.png. * Corrected typo on codex, thanks again to BloodyRain2k. * Replaced all references to vanilla sounds. If you feel like this is fit for release, and you're certain you can find no issues, tell me and I'll consider it. If you do find issues, tell me and I'll see about fixing them.
Im having trouble installing the mod, if anyone could help me,Im playing on the Pleased Giraffe update on a windows 7 Home Premium OS. My game runs just fine, and the mod shows up in the red text at the bottom right, but it doesnt show up in the character creation screen! And the same thing is happening with the Xbawks mod Kawa included! Please help!
Never mind! I got it working! For some reason I had to download another mod that had a "BASE" file. But thanks for trying to help!
I was attempting to install the mod in the mod folder, but the mod itself wouldnt show up. Then I thought it was because I didnt have the Xbawks mod, and that would cause it to show up, but that wouldnt even show up in the character creation screen. At this point, I had given up, but I found one mod that caught my eye called the"A.V.I.A.N. Ship A.I." mod, which came with a "BASE" folder, I dont know if that was what it needed, but it made every mod I want to use work. Let me know if this helped at all, and ask if you need any more info, Id be happy to mention anything else you need! I should also mention Im a total noob when it comes to log files in computers, Soooo I dont really understand much of it, let alone how to get it open...
That is not a requirement to use my mods, or anything else. Yours was just a very fucked-up situation, nothing more. Anyway... In the giraffe_storage folder, where the mods and player data also are, there is a file "starbound.log". Depending on your system settings this might appear as just "starbound". Because the default handling of file extensions in Windows is stupid and dumb. And maybe a little insecure on the side. Now, this is naught but a simple plain text file that Notepad can open. Interesting lines are those that have "warning" or "error" in them -- a well set-up SB game should never log any warnings or errors.
OK, and please dont think I was blaming you or your programming for the errors! If it came across that way, Im very sorry! I love the mod, and am enjoying it a lot! Thanks, by the by, for making the mod! I dont see many people say that, so thanks! And thanks or the help!
I see plenty people say that, and don't worry. If anything I was sort of tempted to blame the author of the A.V.I.A.N. myself but then it turned out to maybe be weirder than that.
I made a compatibility patch for allowing you to craft all the items at the Tabula Rasa if anyone's interested. I also pulled ideas out of my ass for some of the recipes, so if anyone wants anything changed I can.
Kawa updated Felins with a new update entry: Well shit, couldn't get a 'G' pun in time. Read the rest of this update entry...
I appeared to have found an error that causes crash on loadup, it says Error: Fatal Exception caught: (StarException) An error occurred during loading: (JsonException) No such key in Json::get("completionConditions")
Since this is an updated race mod, I am going to assume you installed other race mods which have not been updated for Pleased Giraffe and are incompatible with the current version of Starbound, causing your error. Please make sure that your other mods are up-to-date.
