RELEASED Felins 3.9.1

I've got a weird bug to report. All the Rifles from this mod are showing up as a shadow of the rifle in game, it still works fine, but there's nothing there except a semi-transparent black shape in my characters arms and in the items icon. Any ideas?

My apologies I didn't realize that the version of this mod I was using is actually meant for " Pleased Giraffe ". Huge derp moment on my part.

 

As before, I've just put the next version up on my server for those who can put one and one together. Consider this the Felins equivalent of Nightly. I'll replace the file on a semi-regular basis whenever a significant change is made, but I won't put it on the mod repository until the time is right. As before. This also kinda doubles as a hotfix thing.

Now, here's a few things I've done so far:

• I've added custom statuses for the comforters, but I'm not entirely sure how to make the game use them. I hope to figure that out before the next Unstable hits.
• @BloodyRain2k told me the ship doors are supposed to be removable after a particular tier. He was right, so this is now a thing.
• @PaperShift suggested making the hotpants and baby tee dyeable. Well okay they only said baby tee but what the hey. Problem is, the new sprites makes it so that all existing instances of these garments are now a dull brown.

Finding the download is left as an exercise for the reader.

PS: PaperShift? That's not exactly what the reviews section is for, but since it wasn't exactly asking for help I'll let it slide... once.

 

a friend and I have been having a strange issue with the mob that makes it unplayable since pleased came out, Our Felin ships became broken. The SAIL panel vanished and the navigation chair also vanished... Strangely I also noticed the light rig tech I had equipped became a generic green block, not sure if that's related.

Have you ever seen this happen?

Might've found a small error. I currently can't craft the Spy Catsuit Goggles. It says I need 2 Steel Bar and 1 Perfectly Generic Item which I both have, but it's not seeing that I have the Perfectly Generic Item in my inventory.

 

It's not asking for a PGI, it's asking for a mispelt item. When I get home, I'll directly notify Kawa for you.

Okay for the record "glass" is not a misspelling, okay Mac? At any rate, @SoulEchelon, you can fix this by opening /mods/felins/recipes/felin/clothes/spygoggles.recipe in a random text editor -- Notepad will do -- and changing "glass" to "glassmaterial". I'll fix this in the secret nightly-ish release that Mackinz is not allowed to link to in a moment.

Hey! I've been using your mod for quite a while, I'd like finally tell you that I think it's pretty great, and that my friend(who lacks a forum account) likes it as well. We've been playing as cute little Felins lately!

Also, thank you SO much for the patch checker on that Starbound Lab website, it's been super helpful and I don't know where I'd be without it - I tend to make silly mistakes and then have trouble pinpointing them, so the tool helps a ton. =)

That being said, I'm not sure what the etiquette on this next kind of thing is since I'm fairly new to the 'released mods' scene, so I thought I would run it by you that I made a patch between your mod and a ship AI mod I've been working on. The main page on my mod links back to the page for the Felins, and the patch does not contain any of the files for this mod, besides possible tweaks to any quest text that might reference S.A.I.L.(and instead has it refer to a generic 'ship AI' type thing, I forget the exact wording; in the event that this was done, I attempted to maintain the integrity of said text otherwise to match that of the mod's). It also will not run without the Felins mod installed alongside it.

I'm sorry if this isn't something I should be bothering you about, but I just wanted to double check that it was okay for me to do that. Thanks for your time!
