I really like the flashlight and the matter manipulator.

 

I found a double barreled shot gun that has a near 180 degree firing arc. not very practical, but fun as hell

 

I'm going to have to go with the boring but reliable diamond drill ;-)

 

HORSE MASK BLUHHH. Yeah, that thing is sick.

 

uhh yeah when I started to play starbound I really loved the flashlight in darkness or caves

 

My modded armor + assault rifle. Never leave my ship without 'em.

 

Cool! Mine would have to be the rainbow hood! It's so stylish!

2: usurpers set (apex t10), im a ninja!

4: storage locker, wow enough to hold the MM AND its uselessness?

I think my favorite item at the moment is pressure plates , followed closely by the wiring tool.

 

i like my top hat....although the whole server now calls me harry potter and i just don't see it.

also my wheel barrel is the bomb, nothing tops setting your wheel barrel down on the deck of you space ship and taking a nap.

 

All about the mushroom blocks, friends.

I have a rad robot box head I love wearing. Wish I had a screen shot =/

Also, I have this low lvl plasma pistol that rocks. It shoots out bouncing balls of plasma at a low arc. The shots seem to increase damage after each bounce, and damn that thing can shoot fast. Kinda useless now but fun!

 

While starting out (pre-beacon) I saw a guy who was taller than all the other monsters. I kited him for a while and got a legendary Skullcrushing Deerslapper -- a big, slow mattock kind of thing that pretty much one-shots everything it touches, plus it fires green bones that kill stuff at range. AND it destroys blocks of dirt/sand/stone with maybe three or four swings. It tunnels about as fast as a copper pickaxe, but only on the level (no up or down tunneling).

With that, I was easily able to collect enough mats for the upgraded copper armor and an iron bow, and took out the UFO easily. Now I'm on a threat-2 world just starting out, so IDK if it the mattock will hold up.
