Favorite dialogue?

What is your favorite thing an NPC has said in this game? It can be in a cutscene, a festival or in just normal everyday chit-chat.

Here is one of my favorites; not my screenshot but I laughed pretty hard at this.

oh man, i have so many favorite pieces of dialogue. i've shown my "go make us some money" one a few times already, but some other favorites of mine i haven't been able to screencap u^u

sebastian's every attempt at being smooth has some kind of hilarious backfire and i think it just makes him more precious

Abby likes to say she's turned the heater on and is basically WAITING FOR ME when it becomes night time and she goes to lay in bed.

She's always awake when I get home, though...so I always speak to her to hear her say that...and then...SNUGGLE TIME!

Really, though...it's a pretty adorable line, but I don't have any screenshots of it. =x


That said...Penny and Leah are just plain adorable like 90% of the time, so...I have a hard time picking favorites when everything they say is $$$. =x

 

Nothing beats the happiness of Abigail when you give her an amethyst. I wonder if her parents actually feed her?

Hnnnnng I'd have to go through my screenshots for mine, but I think before the dialogue patch there was a line with your spouse about the rain making it feel like you're all alone together. I thought it very fitting with Seb and it was a great moment when I saw that for the first time.

 

My favorite dialogs are the series by Clint about the blacksmiths in his family, delivered with a deadpan wit, and Gus's enthusiastically obsessive comments at one or two events over recipes and ingredients.

 

Heh, it's Gavilere's Anthro Characters Mod. He's done almost all the characters now (and Elliott is made even better cos he's a hawt af lion).

I have a lot of favs. One of mine is any interaction between Sam and Seb (about letting Sam win at pool, or about stupid things Sam has done), or Seb in general, like when he tries to scare you at the Dance of the Moonlight Jellies (that + his smile is p cute). Elliott breaks out into cute poetry a lot, but though any spouses can say it, he greeted me in the morning with "good morning, Ducky!". His dialogue about it hermit crabs making home in his pockets is cute too ;v;

Uh oh, i think i just heard the ring bell for between Alex's and Sebastian's fans.

 

when i first saw the quote it was just kind of like "oh you -eyeroll-" but he did it RIGHT in front of sebs and i just lost it

 

I Just, LOL'ed and then felt paranoid for a few minutes when I got this one from Abigail. The things that she says sometimes, I actually get concerned about her.

 

In the creepypasta thread someone mentioned that if you go to the forest after midnight on a rainy day you might find a creepy ghost. I haven't attempted this but that might be what she is referring to.

 

It would not surprise me at all if that's what she's talking about!

 

Sounds too scary. I don't like all the scary noises on rainy days already.
